Job Summary
Accelerated growth across 2–3 business functions (e.g., Marketing, Business Development, Operations) with hands-on execution of workstreams and alignment with key stakeholders. Drive regional perspective and agility through cross-functional collaboration while applying an AI-native approach to build durable agentic workflows. Engage in impactful initiatives where you own challenges, see ideas drive real results, and receive dedicated mentorship to unlock potential. Begin at Singapore HQ for 3–6 months before relocating to Thailand for the remainder of the 24-month rotational program, with at least 50% travel across markets. Intake cohort is Jan/Feb 2027 for fresh graduates or those with less than 12 months of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Available to be stationed at our Singapore HQ for the first 3–6 months
- Required to relocate and be based in Thailand for the remainder of the 24-month program
- Able to travel at least 50% of the time across markets
Desired Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate, or less than 12 months of full-time work experience post-graduation
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to build agentic workflows, sharpen analysis, and move 3x faster at scale in a work or academic setting
- Comfortable with ambiguity, solution-centric and problem identification
- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-market teams across our global footprint
- Take initiative, learn fast, and never wait to be told what to do
- Genuine curiosity about tech, startups, digital commerce, or growth businesses
- Thrive in collaborative environments, supporting and elevating others to achieve shared goals
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to rally others towards impact
