Job Summary
Learn daily retail, operations, and lending activities within the branch environment. Prospect new customers, cross-sell banking services, and maintain ongoing contact via telephone or in person to ensure strong customer relations. Attend customer-sponsored events and perform other duties as assigned by management. Complete a twelve-to-eighteen-month training program covering the total bank operation. Requires a college degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
