Job Summary
Perform daily tasks across various functions to gain practical business experience and exposure while working alongside senior leaders to develop actions protecting organization assets and profitability. Undertake strategic corporate projects, initiate change to advance growth, and identify trends to recommend proactive actions. Assist in leading organizational culture and business value, travel to different factories to participate in daily operations as required, and undergo comprehensive on-the-job training under experienced senior management. Achieve passing scores to qualify for promotion to a management position at the end of the three-year programme.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and other equivalent field from reputable universities
- Excellent in communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of people
