Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to relocate to any Touchmark locations upon completion of the program
- Demonstrated leadership skills (leadership positions at work, school/athletics, or volunteer organizations)
- Desire to work in the hospitality or service industry or with seniors is a plus
- Comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings
- Empathy toward others
