Management and Sales Trainee

Management and Sales Trainee program at Sherwin-Williams: an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, develop leadership and insights into store development and strategy, and learn operations, clients, and internal strategy. You will grow the company’s market share by selling to large, commercial users such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial users who need large volumes of our high-quality products. The program provides formal discussions to review objectives and development, leadership development, and training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear career trajectory toward management and professional sales.
