Management and Leadership Intern (Summer 2027)

Manage and lead interns across various operational paths, including roles such as Location Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Shift Manager. Train individuals through a variety of tasks designed to prepare them for future career advancement within the industry. Participate in a collaborative, non-hierarchical work environment as part of the largest car rental licensee in the US. Full-time or part-time positions are available throughout the year. Compensation starts at $17.00/hour, with managers earning between $45K and $60K annually. Applicants must be working toward a bachelor's or associates degree, hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, and demonstrate professional communication skills and problem resolution experience.
