Management Analyst - Veteran Suicide Prevention

Job Summary
Management Analyst to support the VA Office of Suicide Prevention in evaluating and advancing Veteran Suicide Prevention initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting organization studies and gap analyses of current management systems, documenting and delivering findings and recommendations, and conducting surveys, focus groups, and other data-collection activities to inform strategic sprint efforts. The role supports efforts to streamline interactions, promote alternative chronic pain management approaches, connect Veterans with faith-based community resources, and bridge care coordination gaps between the VA and CITC providers. Key skills include analytical assessment, stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, reporting, and collaboration with government and healthcare stakeholders to inform enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years' experience supporting a government agency or a large healthcare organization
- Ability to conduct organization studies, perform gap analyses, document findings, and support data collection through surveys and focus groups
