Job Summary
Design and maintain a proactive sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of qualified, pre-screened candidates for designated program vacancies using specialized niche job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings, structured behavioral interviews, and preliminary qualification assessments against position descriptions, then coordinate all interview stages with hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate communications, feedback delivery, and realistic job previews, while ensuring all personnel meet federal, contractual, and security clearance requirements. Verify eligibility credentials and track clearance status with facility security officers, reporting key metrics such as Time-to-Fill and Quality of Hire to leadership. Maintain an Applicant Tracking System to record actions and generate performance data, delivering weekly and monthly activity reports on pipeline volume and staffing risks to the Director of Personnel.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen
- Secret clearance
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
- 15 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 8 of which must be in the DoD
