Job Summary
MANAGEMENT ANALYST role supports QA and contract compliance for Head Start programs. The incumbent performs complex statistical and management analyses, oversees the Data Say QA automated monitoring system (accounts/users, training, data integrity, reporting), and provides data-driven guidance for program planning and quality improvement. Responsibilities include interpreting Head Start Performance Standards, coordinating corrective action plan monitoring, generating monthly/annual monitoring reports, designing and maintaining data tracking systems, and training staff in data collection, reporting, and analysis using data software. The position requires collaboration with management, staff, and public agencies, and emphasizes analytical, budgeting, and policy-interpretation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in Public or Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field; and at least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience performing complex financial, statistical and program analyses; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
