Job Summary
Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government by defining problem nature and extent. Interview managers and employees while observing operations to understand organizational relationships, culture, and internal structures. Prepare and solve mathematical models and analyze relevant data including revenues, employment, or expenditures. Develop solutions to problems and report findings and recommendations to the Government through written reports and oral presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret level security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Experience working within the Team SUB environment
- 10 or more years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in Navy Finance and Contracting and the Navy Programming , Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Process following areas
- 5 years of experience in Maintenance of submarine/combat systems, post delivery support, general logistics support
- 5 years of experience in Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs
