Job Summary
Management Analyst II sought to provide executive and operational support to Navy-focused defense programs, including calendar management, SOP development, onboarding/offboarding of staff and contractors, naval correspondence, travel logistics via DTS, and coordination of program-wide administrative functions. The role requires experience with NAVSEA and SONAR systems, SAAR processes, and federal acquisition support, with an emphasis on proactive planning, risk assessment, and liaison with program leadership to optimize office efficiency and mission support. The candidate should demonstrate strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Navy/DoD administrative workflows. Work location is Washington, DC, with situational telework after a 90-day probation period.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience
- 3 years with leadership/people management
- NAVSEA operations knowledge and SONAR hardware/software
- SAAR forms experience
- Naval correspondence authoring
- 3 years federal acquisition support for DoW/Navy programs
- NAVSEA/Navy program support
- Secret clearance (active DoD)
