Job Summary
Management Analyst and Business Operations Analyst responsible for analyzing complex processes, building data-driven insights, and recommending solutions to optimize operations. Key duties include conducting data analysis with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce; building business models and visualizations with Visio; collaborating across teams to define scope and implement improvements; supporting project management, tracking timelines, and delivering quality results; performing forecasting and sales analysis for strategic planning; leading business analysis sessions to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions; and translating complex data into clear, stakeholder-friendly reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong business analysis capabilities with ability to interpret data trends and translate into strategic recommendations
- Experience in project management and coordinating multiple initiatives
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques and business performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
