Job Summary
Lead and develop a four-person finance team; oversee monthly management accounts for Holiday Home Sales, Owner Income and Property; maintain strong financial controls with timely balance sheet reconciliations; analyse variances with insightful commentary; contribute to rolling forecasts; act as trusted finance partner to functional leaders; support cost-efficiency initiatives; enhance reporting processes and internal controls; provide ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to strategic projects; uphold information security and safeguarding responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualification experience
