Job Summary
Support the Financial Controller and Finance Director with monthly management accounts, including producing financial packs with commentary and variance analysis. Prepare forecasts and assist with budgeting, while posting prepayments, accruals, and rebates. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and process payroll ensuring VAT and return compliance. Assist with statutory audits, present internal reports, and help embed a new ERP system. This full-time role offers flexible start and finish times, 24 days holiday, and study support for ACCA/CIMA qualifications. Located east of York, the position provides exposure across the entire finance function within a small, supportive team.
Required Qualifications

- Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Qualified by Experience
- Experience in management accounts
- Experience in detailed month-end work
