Job Summary
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow statements. Own the balance sheet reconciliation process to support an efficient month-end close. Produce budget, forecast, and variance analysis with commentary for stakeholders. Partner with department heads and budget holders to support cost control and financial decision-making. Manage corporate recharges, apportionments, and invoice approval processes while maintaining cashflow reporting and banking administration. Support capital expenditure reporting and ongoing financial planning activities. This role reports to the Group Reporting Manager within Welbeck's Corporate Finance team. A qualified accountant with strong technical expertise and advanced Excel skills is required. Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments is advantageous.
