Job Summary
Lead financial reporting and financial control for the Buckinghamshire County Council contract within Veolia Environmental Services UK, collaborating with operational management to deliver accurate financial information. Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasts and budgets (Long Term Plan) in coordination with the General Manager and Finance Manager. Manage statutory accounts preparation and liaise with group auditors; control and report capital expenditure; perform financial analysis of operational data and KPIs; post-investment reviews; and support contract performance and changes in service. Requires ACCA or CIMA qualification, strong spreadsheet skills, and working knowledge of systems such as Workday and SAP. Possesses strategic planning and leadership capabilities. Location-based in hybrid roles across Wembley and Amersham, United Kingdom (England).
