Job Summary
Prepare accurate Clean Trial Balances for Trafigura entities and support accounting, cost management, and reporting processes. Manage and prepare various financial and operational reports, including general ledger entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly group reporting. Maintain data management controls to ensure compliance with accuracy standards while documenting work processes and identifying efficiency improvements. Execute system and software development projects, including testing and implementation phases, and provide flexible support for ad-hoc requirements such as audit requests. Requires minimum 2 years in accounting, advanced Excel skills, and strong English and Spanish proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an advanced student currently close to graduation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Proven work experience with internal / external audits
- Strong English level, oral and written, intermediate or equivalent to B2
- Excellent Spanish level, oral and written, advanced or equivalent to C2
- Meticulous and attentive to detail
- Ability to navigate and utilize multiple systems simultaneously
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
