Job Summary
Management Accountant to support a portfolio of clients for InfiniteCFO with ACCA/CIMA qualification. Responsibilities include onboardings with Associate CFOs, maintaining client ledgers, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, prepayments/accruals, month-end duties, cash flow forecasts, budgeting, and production of management accounts and dashboards. Mentoring finance assistants, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with the client service team to improve value and efficiency. Requires Xero/Sage experience, Advanced Excel, and ability to apply AI tools to financial processes. Hybrid work arrangement with Cheltenham office 2 days/week and occasional travel; startup, growth-oriented, and client-facing environment.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA / CIMA qualified, with at least one year’s PQE
- Experience with Accounting Software (Xero, Sage)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to apply AI tools to streamline financial processes
- Ability to translate complex data into easy to understand messages
- Process-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Agility and pace in changing environment
- Started in a fast-paced startup environment
