Management Accountant

Management Accountant role within Brown & Brown Canada’s Canada-based finance team, focusing on monthly analysis and reporting across the business. Responsibilities include producing insightful analysis of income vs forecast and budget (including divisional analysis), preparing management commentary, ensuring data quality for reporting, delivering mid-month and monthly packs, month-end reconciliations, and ad-hoc financial analysis. The role supports RMAR preparation, SOX schedules, budgeting/forecasting processes, onboarding of new divisions, and development of efficient finance processes.
