Management Accountant

Job Summary
Own standard costing and product cost calculations for motors and components in SAP; manage variance analysis against PPC including material price, production order, and manufacturing variances; develop rolling forecast and model scenarios; translate monthly performance into clear commercial drivers and contribute to month-end close; partner with operations and procurement on variance root causes; evaluate business cases and ROI for capex and operations improvements; drive continuous improvement of reporting and automation; requires a Finance degree and a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICA, or CIMA); SAP costing experience is advantageous; articulate communicator in English with the ability to engage shop floor and site leadership; UK right-to-work required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business or related studies and a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICA or CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller / Management Accountant role in manufacturing
