Job Summary
Manage client portfolios to meet investment objectives by building resumes, evaluating risk parameters, and creating adjusted investment plans. Own the client lifecycle experience through regular goal revisits and ongoing financial monitoring while broadening relationships via asset consolidation and positioning OIA resources. Adhere to compliance mandates including senior client reviews, annual documentation, and enterprise risk awareness. Utilize order management and Client Relationship Management technologies to balance assets under management growth with retention. Represent Orange Investment Advisors geographically and communicate strategies to the Investment Policy Committee. Maintain client confidentiality and manage a miscellaneous expense budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Series 65/66
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry
- Knowledge of industry regulations as well as internal processes and controls, procedures and workflow
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment as well as be able to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a proven track record of multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency
- Must be detail oriented and organized with excellent follow up, written and verbal skills
- Demonstrate ability to apply required regulatory and policy requirements when making decisions
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently at times
- Flexibility to work additional hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as required
- Proficient in all aspects of technology
- Normal range of vision and hearing abilities
- Mobility required greeting and assisting employees and visitors
- Frequently required to skillfully operate a computer, telephone and other standard office equipment
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
