Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for managed service clients through remote or onsite support. Acknowledge all client support requests and assess technical problems to implement timely resolutions or escalate as needed. Provide desktop support, configure software, and manage Local Area Networks, Internet connectivity, and server maintenance. Perform administrative tasks such as domain and SSL certificate renewals, along with file backups and licensing. Troubleshoot hardware and software failures while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal team members. Achieve KPIs for IT outputs and assist with internal and client projects.
