Job Summary
Managed Services Technical Manager to provide technical and commercial leadership over outsourced network managed services and critical technology providers. Own end-to-end vendor performance across network services, cloud, infrastructure and security platforms; balance deep technical oversight with commercial governance; oversee vendor SLAs, capacity, security, and contractual commitments; manage change orders, cost implications, and invoicing accuracy; drive automation, observability, and standardisation; provide high-level input on solution architectures; coordinate across procurement, legal, and finance; lead multi-vendor incident response and RCA efforts; ensure regulatory controls and audit evidence; five+ years in technology operations with vendor management experience; strong facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills; sponsorship not offered and work rights required.
