Job Summary
Managed Services Specialist responsible for executing platform configuration requests, configuring dashboards/searches/alerts, and delivering high-quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy. Works with Customer Success and Premium Support via a ticketing system, learns and applies best practices in data organization and customer workflows, and develops technical expertise under senior guidance. Requires 2+ years in a Customer Success/Managed Services/SaaS Support role and bilingual English/French; hybrid work arrangement in Cape Town, South Africa. Capabilities include collaboration with internal teams, following structured processes, and a proactive approach to solving customer challenges using the company’s SaaS product suite.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a Customer Success, Managed Services, SaaS Support, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Interest in solving customer challenges within our product suite
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work in a structured environment
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital tools, or ticketing systems is a plus
