Job Summary
Senior operational leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and continual improvement of a Managed Service. Leads across multiple operational disciplines including Service Delivery, Maintenance & Repair, Field Services, Asset Management, Warehouse & Logistics, Customer Operations, Service Transition, Supplier Management, and Operational Governance to ensure service continuity, performance, and contractual compliance. Manages operational performance, service stability, asset availability, workforce capability, and ongoing improvements across the full service lifecycle; oversees the introduction of new services, technologies, and capabilities into live service while maintaining customer confidence and contractual performance. Demonstrates leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, large budgets, outsourced services, and executive stakeholder engagement, and supports expansion of services across multiple transport modes, operators, technologies, and regions. Requires substantial experience in senior operational leadership within complex service delivery and a proven track record of governance, transformation programs, and service transitions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years' experience in senior operational leadership roles within complex service delivery, infrastructure, transport, technology, telecommunications, utilities, or managed service environments.
