Job Summary
Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality. Develop a deep understanding of real estate private equity fund operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, and financial systems. Generate Quarterly Investor Reports, Performance Summaries, and Management Fee calculations, while handling auditor confirmations and inquiries. Perform IRR, Time Weighted Return, and Leverage Ratio calculations for Real Estate funds. Manage investor queries via the LP Mailbox, create Salesforce tickets for tracking requests, and handle ad-hoc requests. Onboard investors to funds or investment platforms, updating salesforce records accordingly. Participate in documentation efforts, create SOPs, and train new and current Investor Reporting Specialists.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Postgraduate degree
- Good knowledge in Finance and Reporting
- 4-6 years of total experience
- 3 years minimum relevant experience in Investor Reporting
- 3 years minimum relevant experience in Financial reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as appropriate to meet reporting deadlines
