Job Summary
Manage day-to-day electrical operations for key accounts, overseeing maintenance, conducting power/capacity audits, and managing generator load tests nationally. Coordinate activities to meet SLAs, raise CRQs in ITSM, and provision consistent electrical quotations while maintaining close customer relationships. Lead third-party contractor management and prepare monthly reports and financial forecasts. Attend weekly operations meetings and monthly customer reviews to address compliance and performance. Travel interstate 25% of the time. On-call roster every second week or as required.
Required Qualifications
- Able to travel interstate when and if required
- On Call Roster every second week or as required as per staffing requirements and availability
Desired Qualifications
- Trade or Engineering qualifications desirable
- Servicing Critical Infrastructure in a 24/7 environment
- Previous experience with Data Centre or Telecommunications sectors would be an advantage
- Previous exposure to a service project management environment
- Exposure in the Electrical Contracting Service Industry
- Exposure to switchboard design and maintenance will be highly regarded
