Job Summary
Director, Managed Services for PwC’s Blackstone Global Fund Finance function in Bengaluru/Kolkata leading end-to-end fund accounting and reporting across Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate funds. Own month/quarter close, NAVs, investor allocations, and waterfall support; drive operational governance with Blackstone and PwC leadership; embed robust controls, audits readiness, and remediation; scale a 600–700 FTE organization with a focus on standardization, automation, and delivery-model evolution; lead cross-functional teams, foster talent development, and uphold PwC’s values while delivering high-quality client outcomes across global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 17–20+ years in alternatives fund finance operations (PE/Credit/RE) with end-to-end fund accounting expertise
- Proven leadership of large-scale operations (ideally 600+ FTE) with global stakeholder engagement
- CA/CPA/CMA/MBA (preferred)
