Job Summary
Managed Services Delivery Enablement Program Manager overseeing MSD enablement projects across regions. Owns CDM Playbook documentation (process, people RACI, and tools) and engages with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Transition to define RACIs and close operational gaps. Creates knowledge content for CDMs, applies Continuous Improvement to delivery processes, and leads automation and AI opportunities to digitalize CDM activities. Manages complex multi-function/global delivery relationships with senior CDM management, ensuring KPI definition, measurement, and regular status reporting. Leads large cross-functional teams with independent judgment to solve unique problems and drive incremental profitability and efficiency in MSD.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- Typically has 12+ years of work experience in project management or related field
