Job Summary
Principal-level Managed Services Delivery Category Manager for the EMEA region. Leads the planning of product support or solution portfolios across their lifecycle with alignment to pricing strategies and seamless end-to-end service delivery, ensuring readiness for sales and supporting revenue and margin contributions across a multi-solution portfolio. Shapes and executes the function’s vision, helps customers transform their business, and demonstrates tangible business value from IT investments. Represents services within product/solution portfolio core teams, contributing to product development stages and creating content and collateral for service product marketing. Performs thorough business analysis, identifies root causes, and recommends solutions to drive performance improvements. Collaborates across regions and global teams to develop innovative services, programs, and processes for profitable growth. Applies technical and business acumen to lead cross-functional initiatives, guiding delivery teams for successful program execution and providing mentorship to other employees.
