Job Summary
Strategic, high-energy leadership role focusing on delivering and optimizing managed services across a portfolio of customers. Responsible for end-to-end delivery, defining and monitoring service levels and KPIs, driving standardization and scalability of service delivery models, and acting as a trusted advisor for implemented services. Collaborates with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve systemic issues, supports automation and AI enablement, and leads the transition from implementation to ongoing managed services. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in SaaS service delivery or related roles, with experience in portfolio management, implementation, post-go-live support, or customer success collaboration. Hybrid in-office work in Morrisville, NC with a preference for cross-functional partnership, customer success alignment, and continuous improvement of service offerings and delivery frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years in SaaS service delivery, managed services, or customer operations roles
- Demonstrated experience managing ongoing service portfolios or recurring service engagements
- Experience operating in roles spanning implementation, post-go-live support, or customer success collaboration
- Strong experience with service delivery frameworks, KPIs, and operational reporting
