Job Summary
Manage and optimize configuration of onboarded Sprinklr clients to ensure continued platform success. Identify gaps and design solutions that fulfill client expectations while maintaining platform relevancy as business needs evolve. Train users on best practices and provide oversight on software deployment enablement to align with current architecture and future requirements. Assist Sales and Success Teams with client health insights to support new business wins and account growth. Support Services Directors in ensuring optimal client service regarding platform performance and functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise Software deployment management and/or implementation
- CCaaS experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in social media platforms
- Direct experience in working with or for social media management software
- Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe
- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
