Job Summary
Managed Services Client Care Consultant responsible for strengthening client relationships, handling inquiries, escalations, complaints, and service needs; drives proactive issue resolution with strong technical and analytical capabilities and data-driven insights. Acts as primary liaison across cross-functional teams to support client objectives, monitor KPIs (NPS, complaints, escalation trends), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provides consultative client support, system demonstrations, and guidance on billing discrepancies; contributes to process improvement, documentation, and training materials; participates in calibration sessions to ensure consistency. Requires at least 3 days in office; location in Bogota, Colombia.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with Advanced degree or 0 years with PhD
