Job Summary
Developing technical contributor delivering consistent Tier I–II client support to Navanta community bank clients. Resolves incidents, manages a personal service request queue with prioritization, escalates complex issues with full documentation, and participates in professional services installs with Engineers. Creates and maintains knowledge base articles, performs QA on tasks, follows SOPs, and contributes to process improvements. Pursues certifications and ongoing skill development; communicates clearly with clients and team members, manages multiple priorities, and demonstrates ownership of assigned work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant operating systems, productivity platforms, and core infrastructure technologies
- Relevant entry-level certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience preferred
