Job Summary
Lead end-to-end deployment and transition of managed print environments across multi-tower programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring contractual compliance. Represent HP as the primary customer-facing leader during implementation, apply HP methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and PMP best practices, drive governance, DAIR documentation, and operational handover, and develop senior-level relationships across multiple service towers to deliver defined scope and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in project or program management, IT service transitions, or related technical fields

- Travel 0–25% depending on customer engagement requirements
