Job Summary
Managed Service Delivery Project Manager leading end-to-end deployment and transition across multi-tower MSP programs, coordinating cross-functional and multi-region teams (print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services) to deliver deployments in alignment with contractual scope, timeline, and budget. Drives governance, risk management, and customer/stakeholder engagement, applying HP methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and PMP practices, with focus on delivering scaled service transitions, operational handover, cost estimation, and continuous improvement. Requires collaboration with senior customer stakeholders, budget ownership, team leadership (often >20 resources), and travel up to 25%. Key competencies include project/program governance, financial forecasting, cross-tower integration, and strong written/spoken communication.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, IT service transitions, or related technical fields
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience in PMP, Agile, Waterfall, SDLC
- Knowledge of HP Services operational policies and methodologies
