Job Summary
Review Associates are attorneys with document review experience who support delivery of managed document review services to Lighthouse eDiscovery clients. They perform first level review of documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, issues, and redactions, assist with quality control of coding decisions, collaborate on review strategies and workflows with Lighthouse Review Managers, and implement Lighthouse technologies to ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables. Responsibilities include executing review strategies, identifying substantive and procedural queries, and adhering to project timelines and budgets. Required: 1+ year document review experience, JD, licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction; preferred: experience with complex financial services and pharmaceutical clients; strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Relativity, Brainspace, Blackout. Work environment includes potential on-call with evenings/weekends; remote opportunity available.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- 1+ year of document review experience with a review provider or law firm
- Experience performing document review for complex financial services and pharmaceutical clients preferred
- Proficiency with Relativity, Brainspace, Blackout or comparable platforms
- Strong written and oral communication
- Attention to detail and technical aptitude
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
- Understanding of litigation discovery process and objectives
