Job Summary
Own the end-to-end Managed Cloud Services Offering lifecycle for foundational components of public cloud providers, including hosting locations, SKUs, and service design. Drive feature parity across hyperscale platforms and define customer-ready minimum requirements for initial launches. Maintain oversight of data centers and features while collaborating with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to support offering readiness and execution. Contribute to defining roadmaps, pricing models, and packaging strategies aligned with SAS business goals. Participate in customer engagements to capture insights and validate offering direction, then monitor post-launch performance to drive incremental improvements. Ensure compliance alignment by coordinating with Security, Legal, and regulatory teams. Track offering KPIs such as adoption and customer satisfaction to provide insights to senior leaders. This strategic role influences product strategy to ensure managed cloud needs are represented in the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Managed Cloud Services, or related function in the technology industry, preferably including product management.
- Strong understanding of hyperscale cloud platforms, SaaS, Managed Services, XaaS models, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, build business cases, and define KPIs for offering success.
- Experience influencing product strategy, ensuring managed cloud requirements shape the SAS's product development lifecycle.
- Experience defining pricing models, packaging strategies, and go-to-market frameworks for cloud offerings.
- Deep understanding of cloud service architecture, managed cloud delivery models, and cross-product integrations.
- Ability to understand product or service features and describe associated customer value.
- Organizational skills for managing commitments, schedules, and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Skilled in effective communication, influencing and negotiation.
- Experience presenting to large audiences.
- Ability to map market requirements into service offer features.
