Job Summary
Manager role leading IT Advisory for a global middle-market client base within RSM’s MCI service line. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive IT assessments across infrastructure, cloud readiness, end-user support, cybersecurity, and AI deployment; serving as fractional IT leader on short- to mid-term engagements; driving strategy execution using OKR; and leading executive-level briefings on generative AI trends and Copilot implementations to generate pull-through. Requires strong background in IT strategy, cloud, cybersecurity, IT governance, and change management, with experience guiding teams and engaging executive stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in internal IT or IT consulting with a track record delivering advisory services to global middle market clients
- Demonstrated experience in IT strategy, infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT Service Management
- Proven expertise in implementing generative AI solutions, including driving enterprise adoption and change management
- Experience serving in IT leadership roles during periods of transition or organizational growth
- Familiarity with the OKR methodology and experience guiding teams through strategy execution
