Job Summary
Answer calls from customers, retail personnel, and insurance companies regarding invoices, balance due, and plan calculations. Conduct conference calls to determine responsible parties, offer payment solutions, and resolve insurance check discrepancies. Provide detailed notes in the Point of System and ticketing system to track interactions and communicate findings. Write off balances per store requests, forward new plans to the Setup Team, and complete high-balance investigations to prevent bad billings. Make outbound calls to insurers regarding unpaid self-pay claims and research plan details to clarify customer versus insurance responsibility. Requires 0-2 years related experience, high school diploma, and ability to navigate multiple systems. In-office training for 6-8 weeks with remote possibility after 3 months.
