Job Summary
Manages the execution and administration of managed care agreements; supports contract negotiations with major third-party payers and is responsible for negotiation of managed care agreements with minor third party payers. Analyzes contract performance and collaborates with stakeholders to support the financial and operational goals of the organization. Responsible for addressing contract-related queries from internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate process improvements. Manages contractual disputes that arise with third party payers under managed care agreement terms. Responsible for carrying out obligations under managed care agreements such as charge master notices, requests for fee schedules and other obligations as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in managed care contracting or a related field
