Job Summary
Superintendent for OSHPD 1 commercial construction projects in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Lead collaboration with the Project Manager and Estimator to develop work plans and CPM schedules; schedule and oversee day-to-day field activities to meet milestones; manage project documentation and communicate with the project team; lead site logistics planning; supervise and mentor field crews; maintain open communication with owners, architects, and engineers; secure permits and inspections; foster positive stakeholder relationships; conduct weekly safety toolbox talks and ensure site safety compliance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of progressive commercial construction supervision experience, OSHA 30 certification, and OSHPD-1 project familiarity; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe; ability to travel to job sites. Salary range $160,000–$250,000/year plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial construction supervision experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Experience with OSHPD-1 projects preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam or Adobe
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
