Job Summary
Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety while providing compassionate care and educating patients to ease anxiety. Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy, maintain equipment, and report issues promptly. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, including MQSA requirements. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff, and maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with no on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (M) required
- State licensure as required
