Job Summary
Perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting. Produce high-quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly perform required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams as dependent on location.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography
- Dependant on location, prior general radiography experience may be required

- 2 years full-time mammography experience
