Job Summary
Perform high-quality radiographic imaging for breast disease diagnosis and treatment in a high-volume outpatient setting while interacting with patients in a caring manner. Execute required quality control activities mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams as dependent on location. This role supports a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care at Swedish First Hill, part of the largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of full-time mammography experience
