Job Summary
Mammography Technologist – Radiology Diagnostic (Day Flex) performing x-ray services and screening/diagnostic mammography in the Radiology Diagnostic department. Includes breast biopsies under multiple modalities and DXA exams with emphasis on patient care and technical quality; shift schedule includes Mon/Wed/Fri 8am–4pm, Tue–Thu 10am–6pm, plus one Saturday per month. Requires 1+ year of Diagnostic Imaging experience, an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, NY license, ARRT certification, and BCLS/ACLS; on-site role with commutable distance to NewYork-Presbyterian. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in Diagnostic Imaging
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Technology
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- On-site presence required; live within commutable distance to NYP
