Job Summary
Perform as a Mammography Technologist, executing diagnostic or screening mammograms and assisting the radiologist in intricate breast procedures. Educate patients about the exam for comfort and maintain high standards of mammography-specific quality control. Showcase effective communication skills, teamwork, and professionalism. Requires at least two years of experience, ARRT registration, and graduation from a Radiologic Technology Program.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a mammographer
- Must possess two (2) years of experience in performing mammography QA under the MQSA Standard
- Must be ARRT registered and a graduate of Radiologic Technology Program
Desired Qualifications
- TOMO experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in Zone 3 and Zone 4
- Cannot have any physical condition that would be aggravated by magnetic fields, acoustic noise, and occasional RF exposure
