Job Summary
Per Diem Mammography Technologist performing a variety of radiographic procedures under a qualified physician and clinical supervisor, using prescribed levels of ionizing radiation. Operates imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts, and instructs patients in breast self-examination (BSE). Must be licensed by MA Radiation Control Board, ARRT (M) registered, CPR certified; ACS certification in BSE preferred. Works with adolescents to older adults in a hospital setting; onsite duties with access to free parking and per diem rates with premium differentials.
