Mammography Technologist - Mammography

Perform all professional duties involved in applying ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis under the direction of the Radiologist and Lead Breast Center Nurse. Produce and evaluate images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis while acting in compliance with Federal MQSA, State, and Joint Commission standards. Coordinate exams performed and assume responsibility for related clerical tasks. Requires California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification and National Registered Technologist - Mammography upon hire, along with National Provider BLS certification. This part-time role includes 8-hour day shifts at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA.
