Job Summary
Perform all professional duties involved in applying ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis at the technical level in the Mammography Unit. Produce and evaluate images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis while coordinating exams performed. Act in compliance with Federal MQSA, State, and Joint Commission standards under the direction of the Radiologist and Lead Breast Center Nurse. Requires California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification, National Registered Technologist - Mammography, and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. This per diem role offers 8-hour day shifts at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA, with base pay ranging from $57.91 to $73.10.
